Once you have placed an order on our site, you will receive a confirmation email. To cancel an order, please email us at info@bap-store.nl or WhatsApp us immediately at 0630663678. Once you have received a tracking number, your order cannot be canceled.

Once an order is fully placed, we are unable to exchange items or sizes. Therefore, please ensure that you order the correct sizes and colors and provide the accurate address and email information. Please allow 1-4 business days for your order to be shipped.

Shipping costs within the Netherlands: €6.75

Please note: Customers ordering from outside of Europe are responsible for any import taxes.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are not possible. If a different size or color is desired, simply return the original item(s) for a full refund and place a new order for the item(s) you like.

RETURNS

Our goal is to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase at WWW.BAP-STORE.NL. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are here to assist you. Items purchased on WWW.BAP-STORE.NL can be returned for a full refund within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. The items must be returned in a resalable condition; unworn, unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging.

To return an item(s) for a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Visit our return portal at https://bap-store.shipping-portal.com/rp/ and enter your zip code and order number to initiate the return.

  2. Fill in your order number (received in your confirmation email) and zip code.

  3. Select the service point for the return.

  4. Provide a reason for returning the item(s).

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. You may choose to send the package with prepaid shipping, and a refund will be issued in the original form of payment. The original amount minus the shipping fees will be refunded. Please note that we are unable to refund the original shipping costs, except for defective or incorrectly shipped items.

PAYMENT

BAP accepts iDEAL as the payment method. Sales tax will be applied to all orders shipped within the Netherlands.
